• The original product tag must be intact and attached for any claim to be considered. Claims without the tag will be automatically rejected.
• After review, Saha Saree House reserves full discretion to approve or decline any claim based on the validity of the submitted proof.
• Claims without valid video evidence or with used/detached-tag products will not be accepted under any condition.
